Bonus Form

I like to give bonus for persons who ‘Go the Extra Mile.’ This to me is doing things which save the company time and money, grow the company, support other team members and provide a service to dogs and clients which is above what is expected of you. For this you could earn bonus. If you do things which are inconsiderate like taking time off when others are off, lack of attention to detail, to safety, clients needs etc, then this is the sort of thing I would consider taking bonus off from.

Remember the pay charged to clients for you is your base pay. If you do not get bonus its not because you’ve done a bad job its because you’ve done a normal job. The bonus is for going beyond that. A safe way to get it it might be to think what have you done each day to earn bonus for that day.

This form is not compulsory but gives you an opportunity to let me know about stuff I may not have seen that you think might earn you bonus. Also if you are aware of stuff that might affect bonus you can acknowledge it here and show how you’ve learnt from it/ made up for it and then this could help avoid loss of some bonus. However if similar things happen in the future then that thing will be re taken into account.
