Repeated issues will generally result in larger deductions than first-time occurrences.

Where a team member openly acknowledges an issue, takes responsibility and demonstrates clear steps to prevent a recurrence, any deduction may be reduced or waived. They may be re taken into account in a future month if they do in fact re occur

Remember the pay charged to clients for you is your base pay. If you do not get bonus its not because you’ve done a bad job its because you’ve done a normal job. The bonus is for going beyond that. A safe way to get it it might be to think what have you done each day to earn bonus for that day.

This form is not compulsory but gives you an opportunity to let me know about stuff I may not have seen that you think might earn you bonus. Also if you are aware of stuff that might affect bonus you can acknowledge it here and show how you’ve learnt from it/ made up for it and then this could help avoid loss of some bonus. However if similar things happen in the future then that thing will be re taken into account.
